Is PassportJunkeez a travel agency?
No. PassportJunkeez is a tour guide–led group trip. We host and coordinate the experience and group flow. The package page shows what’s included and what travelers book independently.
What am I paying for?
You’re paying for the hosted group experience: lodging + airport transportation + planned activities, coordination, guided experiences, and support before and during the trip.
How does booking work?
Booking flow is pay first → we contact you. After payment, we’ll reach out via email, WhatsApp, or Instagram DM to confirm your details and next steps.
Do I need a passport?
Yes. A valid passport is required to attend this trip.
Can I come solo?
Yes. Solo travelers are welcome. The group format makes it easy to connect while still having downtime.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Stripe is used for payments, and Klarna payment plans may be available depending on checkout options.
What’s the refund / cancellation policy?
No refunds. Credit only based on cancellation timeframe.
Cancellation credit policy:
• 60+ days: credit only
• 30–59 days: 50% credit
• Under 30 days: no credit or refund
Should I get travel insurance?
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Upgrades may be available. It can help cover cancellations, delays, baggage issues, or medical emergencies during travel.
